In this video, I go over all of the changes in this PTR patch and give you some of my initial thoughts. It would seem the goal/overall philosophy here is to raise the floor of essentially all builds and then bring the best builds closer to the highest Greater Rifts that are currently being accomplished by the class leaders – Wizard and Necromancer.

Even some of the most popular and powerful builds will perform better in Patch 2.6.1 if the numbers below hold true (and do remember that the PTR is always subject to change, so we will likely see these numbers fluctuate both up and down). Nearly every set that has fallen by the wayside over the course of the previous patches is now seeing an appreciable buff along with many of the items that support the builds we used to know and love. Hold onto your weapons because this one is BIG! Just when you were getting settled into Season 11, the Blizzard developers saw fit to shake things up by updating the Patch Test Realm (PTR) with all of the changes coming in Patch 2.6.1.
